Bugler Construction
Bugler Construction, Inc. was founded in 1997. We are a Public Works Engineering Contractor working as the Prime Contractor on Projects throughout California. Contracts have been completed in 7 of the 12 different Caltrans Districts as well as for Bart, Santa Clara Valley Rapid Transit District, Nine different County Agencies, and several different cities and other local government agencies. We do no private work and do not work as a subcontractor.
Our Emphasis
Our emphasis is on structural concrete with a specialty in earth retainage systems, seismic retrofits, bridge widening, barrier replacement, joint seal and assembly replacement.
Licensed and Certified
Bugler Construction is licensed by the State of California as both a General Engineering Contractor and a General Building Contractor (A and B). We are also certified in Hazardous Substances Removal (HAZMAT) by The State of California.
Bugler is signatory to the Operating Engineers, Carpenters and Laborers and Cement Mason Unions.
